I've downloaded several Kindle Fire HD Guides, and this is my favorite. Some guides were very specific, others were very general.
How this user guide is different from the others is that it gets to the point, covers the basics, and skips the long explanations.
It covers initial up, getting familiar with the user interface, understanding settings, how-to tips, and accessories recommendations.
Overall, it's a short and useful guide. The formatting is clean. The table of contents is easy to navigate. The How To section helps a lot with unlocking features.
