I have been trying for weeks to contact SquareTrade telling them I changed my order to a Kindle Fire HDX with the 4G but all I get back is a computer generated response saying Amazon will contact them with the information they need with the Kindle Fire is shipped. OBVIOUSLY--that didn't happen because they still have the wrong information. They are still not responding to my attempts to inform them.
